Initiate Request
Log into your Zink London account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all brand tags intact and include the invoice to ensure a smooth verification process.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.
Receive Refund
After the quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
